It is a great pleasure to welcome you all to St. Mira’s Day Care Centre. St Mira’s aim to create ‘a home away from home’ continues into its decennial year.
Reflecting on the past 10 years – 2008-2018, we have witnessed a lot of growth and expansion and we will continue to improve in all directions. The main aim of St Mira’s is on focusing on the overall well being of your child (mainly the safety) apart from doing some activities to keep them busy. Good care is taken where their food and sleep (rest) is concerned, as these also play an important role in the growth of the child. The children stay in a happy, stress free and safe atmosphere and are dropped back home in the evening by the caretaker’s personally
Take care of your children, they are your richest treasure says Dada J.P.Vaswani. Love is not love until it expresses itself in action. Love and humanity is what we try to improvement at our Day Care.
A worth while journey from 2008 to now has been quite rewarding, for which I thank all my Parents for their Cooperation and trusting St. Mira’s Day Care Centre to take care of their precious children.
A warm welcome to St. Mira’s Day Care Centre.
We are stepping into the 9th year, continuing to take care of your children based on what Dada J.P. Vaswani calls, a triple training of the Head, Hand and Heart. We, at St. Mira’s have been for the past 8 years looking after your little ones from the age of 18 months onwards with utmost care.
For working parents the problem of where to leave their child during the day poses some serious questions. Should one take obligations from relatives? Will the child be well looked after? What will happen in case of an emergency? And the biggest one of them all, "am I neglecting my child?"
Besides, with all these kind of thoughts occupying your mind, naturally, it becomes quite difficult to focus on the work at office.
The Admissions to the Day Care Centre are open throughout the year on the basis of availability.
Parents are requested to pay the Day Care fees within the specified period for each quarter as mentioned below:

A healthy body harbours a healthy mind. Keeping this in view an annual medical check up is conducted. In case it is found that a child needs special medical attention related to vision, hearing, teeth or breathing, the parents are informed accordingly. In addition to this the school has an infirmary and a full time nurse who looks after the health of the children. Should any emergency occur, the school is tied up with Harsha Hospital, located very close to the school for immediate medical attention. A stand by car and ongoing arrangement with the hospital ensures speedy attention.

‘A sound mind in a sound body’ is the adage most parents would agree with. Physical well being and intellectual growth go hand in hand and healthy food options are an essential ingredient for both. SVIS is a Day Boarding School and we provide wholesome, nutritious vegetarian food with a variety to suit all palates. The aim would be to make eating an enjoyable peer-group activity where kids learn table etiquette and learn to value rather than waste food.
